Dependence on Allah over every situation of Life.
Part 1
Allah Almighty has blessed us all a life to live it a rightful way so as to reach a brighter destination.
Life brings so many situations, chapters and conditions. Happy, sad, stressing, joyous, frustrating and much more...that's normal. That's how its designed, but every design of Allah has a hidden beautiful
wisdom. It is upon us on how we react and work over it... I suppose it may be a little hard because of our Nafs, but the power of our heart and mindful intention can definitely help us to take a control of it.
* Happiness is attained at the End.
Just as they say, study well to score well in your exams. Our life is as such, move ahead righteously to score well in the Akhira. That is the End we need to look up to.
Those who combine faith and righteous actions, Allah has promised them a good life in the dunya and the Akhirah.
Good deeds have a secret remedy, they purify hearts eventually, they straighten up behavior and help us be grateful to Allah and increase the dependence on Allah over ll sort of condition.
Although a Faithful believer may be afflicted by many trails and tribulations, harms, depression, sadness or any downfall...Their reliance on Allah Almighty will level them up and the they will surely achieve the fruit of a good life in Dunya and here after. In'sha'Allah. Patience for the sake of Allah is a form of Ibadah.
Our Deen always encourages us to be content with the bounties of Allah Almighty, His favors and mercy.
We need to be mindful to be satisfied with what we are destined and not compare ourselves with those above us rather look up to those below us. For that will bring calmness, Shukr and comfort to the heart indeed.
* Happiness is attained in Kindness towards the creation.
For getting rid of the stress, depression and frustration in life is by showing kindness towards the creation of Allah.
Sincere generosity definitely guarantees Allah's rewards. Allah Almighty eases for him the path of hurdles and expands the guidance to move forward profusely.
Kindness also wards off any evil and negative emotions.
There may be any kind of actions in order to achieve Allah's pleasure;
may it be watering the plant, feeding the birds, helping a neighbor, help a child get something done, serving the parents anything.
All such deeds done with a pure heart and wholly for Allah wards of the worry. That's purely the truth.
* Happiness is in focusing on the present.
Past is something that wouldn't come back, being sad on what happened in the past and worrying what will happen in future will take off the focus from the present and we'll eventually end up not living the life we need to at the current position.
Correcting ourselves from the past mistakes to avoid in future will help us live mindfully and majorly dependening on Allah.
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:
"The Messenger of Allah (๏ทบ) said: 'The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, although both are good. Strive for that which will benefit you, seek the help of Allah, and do not feel helpless. If anything befalls you, do not say, "if only I had done such and such" rather say "Qaddara Allahu wa ma sha'a fa'ala (Allah has decreed and whatever he wills, He does)." For (saying) 'If' opens (the door) to the deeds of Satan.'
Thinking and worrying develops harmful laziness, depression and distances us from Allah Almighty.
Any thing that worries us, no matter what it may be keep a deep reliance on Allah. Make good efforts to keep a good relationship with Allah. That will definitely be a major reason behind acquiring Happiness.
Here are few daily Adhkars that helps on warding off worries, depression and Anxiety:
